All water filtration products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty period varies by product category:
Filter Straws & Water Filter Bottles: 2-year limited warranty
Filter Pitchers & Gravity Water Systems: 1-year limited warranty
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
Consumable parts such as filters that have reached their normal service life
Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accident, or failure to follow operating instructions

Normal wear and tear from regular use
