Return Eligibility

We support a 60-day return service. Customers can apply for a return application within 60 days from the date of receiving the goods. The returned products must be kept in unused, intact and undamaged conditions with original accessories and packaging retained. Products damaged due to personal improper use or artificial damage are not eligible for free return.

Refund Processing Cycle

After we receive and inspect the returned products to confirm compliance with the return regulations, the refund procedure will be initiated immediately. The refund will be completed within 5 to 10 working days, and the funds will be returned to the original payment account. The unified settlement currency of all refunds is United States Dollar.

Return Instructions

All return applications need to be submitted through the designated contact channel on the website. Our customer service team will guide customers to complete the return process. Except for special product regulations, there is no additional handling fee for eligible returns. We reserve the right to review return applications to avoid malicious return behaviors.

Non-Refundable Situation

Products that have been artificially damaged, disassembled without permission, or used beyond the trial scope are not allowed to apply for returns. Discounted bundled products that have been partially used shall not be returned separately. Relevant regulations are formulated in accordance with international e-commerce transaction standards.
